The OU actually worked on the accessibility of the front end of Moodle,
but if you are concerned about the data input side then there are still a
few issues with editing etc.
We tested it using speech recognition and screen reader navigation and the
students trying to use it coped, but there can be an awful lot of
listening and tabbing as one might expect. There is a forum and it may be
worth asking any specific questions there
