If they can't do it they may be able to suggest who could.
I am assuming that you have asked your technical dept because they might have the skills to do it?

Subject: Subtitling
Hello everyone,
We have been asked by our School of Medicine and Dentistry to advise on how we can place subtitles on a video resource used in a lecture, (I believe it comes as a Flash file) for a deaf student.
We can't seem to locate any organisation who might be able to do this.
Can anyone advise?
Many thanks,
Simon
