Further to yesterday's postings, the ICO's webiste has put up a press release this morning stating that the Commissioner considers there was a significant breach of the DPA when Google's Street View cars collected payload data. Google UK will be subject to an audit and must sign an undertaking to ensure data protection breaches do not occur again or they will face enforcement action.
