As a director of at least one (I hope) very ethical, law abiding and
notified, small company, I hope that my status as a non-employee (ie
pro-bono) worker is not held against me.
As an aside, a recent piece of work I did for them was dragging myself
all the way to Wilmslow for a 1:1 meeting, and getting a bit het up
about their lack of action against various perceived privacy
deficiencies with Facebook (and similar social networks).
