Thank you Ian for forwarding this.
I note that the document seems to treat recording for accessibility reasons as
almost an afterthought and only references DDA 1995, omitting SENDA and the
Equality Act 2010. I appreciate that the EA2010 is not yet in force (October
this year?) but am more than a little surprised at this apparent omission.
