investigate if they are presented with the evidence. I thought
the task of people 'policing' issues was to go out and
investigate and *find* the evidence, not to wait and see if it
drops in their laps."
I wonder if the ICO is considering subpoenaing Google's data like the
Germans did - and if so what powers would they use (would it require a
court order, or is there something in the DPA).
