Hello all,
Does anyone have experience in creating alternative forms of assessment for
students with dyslexia? By this I don't mean 25% extra time, but making a
documentary rather than writing a dissertation, or doing a presentation rather
than a closed exam!
I'm looking at doing a paper / workshop at a conference on this soon and
wondered what the picture was nationally.
Also, how flexible are your institutions regarding alternative assessments?
What are the barriers other practitioners encounter when trying to do this?
