Hi Heather,
It might be just worth checking whether the person who sent the letter
actually meant to include that paragraph. We have had a few where the
paragraph has been included in erorr for things such as notetaking and
also study buddy. I think it was in the template and not removed because
the staff are busy.

That does seem like a large amount of support, but if it's clearly
justified then SFE really should explain why they've turned it down or
have placed barriers to the student receiving the support recommended
for them. Obviously they're not just trying to use a "one checklist fits
all" approach when processing DSA applications, as we all know from
years of experience it's just not possible to do that! It would explain
alot, though ...
