Chris,
I'm relieved to hear that, but if it isn't a requirement, why has the
wording changes from saying 'ideally should include'. The way it is
now worded makes it sound like it is a definite requirement and this
seems to be how it is being interpreted and a lot of people are
clearly worried about it - myself included!
