Hi,
Has the student ever tried equipment such as a headmouse? Head
movement is transmitted to
mouse movement on the screen and to click you keep your head still for
a matter of
seconds. Qualieye is a handsfree mouse, a webcam is used and software.

Or Smartnav - an infra-red handsfree more. With this one you need to
stick a reflective
dot on your forehead, nose, glasses so the sensor picks up your headmovement.

An onscreen keyboard can be used with both head mice.
Hope this helps
