An inquiry is under way after highly sensitive personal information
about two children in care was posted to a member of the public.
Knowsley Council on Merseyside says it is trying to find out exactly
how the mistake was made.
The confidential papers about two children in care were sent to the
wrong person by the council's children's services department on
Wednesday.

No matter how great information security policies and procedures are,
in the end where humans are involved there will be errors!
