Wiley Journals Permissions and Rights page
http://eu.wiley.com/WileyCDA/Section/id-302213.html
has:
"If you are a student with a visual and/or learning disability, and are enrolled
in a course where a Wiley book is adopted, you are eligible to receive an e-file
(when available) as a substitute for the traditional print version of the book.
E-files will be provided in PDF format, normally as a download from Wileys FTP
site.
Please note that not all Wiley books are available as e-files. If this isthe
case with the book you require, we will advise your institution and authorise
them to create electronic files from the print version of the book instead."
That is very encouraging and a good example to other publishers.
And the articles are accessible to text-readers.
