From the DP act P3 and employment practices code it would seem that
medical questions should only be asked if they are of direct relevance to the
type of employment.
Am I being overly strict in that interpretation? There seem a lot of public
sector bodies out there that are sending out very detailed pre-employment
questionnaires under the guise of DDA or H&S.
One I've seen recently even includes height/weight and what leisure activities
undertaken.
