Dear list members,
Have any of you heard about this?
"On 9th March 2009 the new FSA Regulations come into place. The new rules
could mean that your current fax traffic policies do not comply (For instance
the use of manual fax machines in many cases)."
If yes, can you shed any light on it as I see it as a marketing ploy but I have
found no FSA guidance suggesting any new rules unless this refers to those
who sell investment products, where you have to record electronically,
customer contact and store it for 6 months.
I would appreciate any help on clarifying what this is about.
Regards,
