I too agree with training. As you may remember I mailed this list with
a request for work placements for my students for this very issue. The
response was poor which I hope is down to geographical issues! I'm very
interested to hear from keen people in industry with a story to tell and
I would imagine most colleges around the country are in a similar
position. If you want to spread the word, going to meet IT students in
a sixth form / FE college is a great avenue to explore. Here endeth my
