Hi,
Coming in late to this discussion - apologies.

Earlier this year we carried out an accessibility review of Questionmark
Perception, which focused on two aspects of accessibility:
- can a disabled person use QMP to create assessments?
- can an author use QMP to create accessible assessments?
We addressed the first question by focusing on how well the QMP software has
been designed to allow people with visual, hearing, mobility and cognitive
impairments to use it to create assessments.
We addressed the second question by focusing on how well the tool helped
authors of all technical abilities in making sure that the assessments they
produced are as accessible as possible (using the W3C's Authoring Tool
Accessibility Guidelines as a basis for the review). This stage included a
review of the accessibility of the output of Perception.
An overview of our findings appears in a paper that was presented at the
Computer-Aided Assessment Conference (CAAC) in Loughborough earlier this
year - you can see a copy of the paper here:

We've also shared our findings with people at Questionmark, and they have
reacted very positively in terms of plans for improving accessibility in
future versions and in the documentation they provide.
Hope this helps - happy to answer any further questions about the work we
did.
Best wishes,
David
