This was mentioned yesterday at the conference at the Law Society, and I
didn't say anything but there was something at the back of my mind.
I have since been able to check

seems to be a fairly clear that a privacy policy is a legal requirement
at least in the Bailiwick.
Since Guernsey invariably mirrors UK provisions, the question arises,
does such a requirement also exist on the mainland?
