Hello
What is the situation re the DPA and screening of incoming passengers from
non-EEA countries? Does their personal data have to be processed in
accordance with the DPA? Sorry if I'm missing something obvious, but I
note that the DPA applies to individuals ‘ordinarily resident in the
United Kingdom’ (s5 (3)(a)).
I'm particularly thinking of fingerprinting, thermal imaging, blood tests -
all of which have been suggested (and in some situations happened) at UK
airports.
regards
Adam
