Hypothetical
A member of the public arrives at an office within the college and asks "I am a relative of student X, can you let me know where they are as I have some urgent news that I have to give".
The member of staff obligingly directs the relative to the class where the student is currently at.
Is this a breach of the "fair processing" obligations of DP.
If I add that there is a restraining order on this "relative" would this alter your opinion.

Peter Selenic
