I have never had an issue with this and in my experience, BB has ran
fine on Vista. I would have thought the issue would be with the web
browser rather than Vista though? Vista comes with IE7 - which you can
also use on XP - and so far we have had no problems at all.
All I can suggest is try logging in to BB on the Vista machine using a
different browser such as Firefox and see if that works. If it does
then you may need to tweak a few settings, as mentioned in the previous
emails, in IE. If you are still getting problems then it may well be
the machine, or something at your institutions end with BB itself.

I was wondering about this, as I haven't noticed issues with blackboard
and
vista, but equally my current course only uses the announcements,
discussion boards and course documents.
