The site is astonishing bare of any details at all. Quite an omission
for a site offering a legal industry product, I'd say.

But they seem to be a web design/hosting company so unless this site is
a sideline of theirs then it's someone else behind it.
An article in The Newcastle Sun on 23rd December implies (without
actually saying it outright) that the website is the idea of "Chris
Shaw, manager of Newcastle-based legal services company ADRS".
