I have just checked this with our suppliers, as I am in a similar situation. According to the suppliers, SpellEx have just advised them that they will be bringing out a new model of the spellchecker in February. They couldn't find any alternative, apart from generic Franklin spellcheckers.

Hello everyone
I want to recommend a handheld medical dictionary for a university Nursing student and as the Spellex version is no longer available I wondered if anyone out there knew of a cost effective and effective replacement?
Thanks in anticipation.
