You can add the statement by creating a new page containing the statement
and adding it to the front of the document. We do this by default on all our
scanned documents.
Thia can be done in something like Word and either saved in the format that
you are using (Word, PDF etc), or it can pe printed out and scanned as the
first page of your document.
If you are creating PDF files, you will need to have access to the full
Acrobat, not the Acrobat Reader.
