I'm sure you know but the National Centre for Tactile Diagrams are an
excellent resource. They have a bank of material and will also advise
you on diagrams or prepare them for you. http://www.nctd.org.uk/
You might want to consider a member of staff becoming sufficiently
skilled in producing the masters for tactile diagrams: this isn't too
difficult. I believe RNIB run training courses or you could buy in some
expertise.

Subject: Tactile diagrams for Health Studies
Dear All,
Does anybody have access to tactile diagrams on topics relevant to a
degree in Health Studies? We're currently looking for biological
diagrams, such as the digestive system and respiration. We can produce
our own raised diagrams if necessary, but in that case advice about
sources of clear black and white line diagrams to convert to tactile
diagrams would be helpful. Modern textbooks seem to favour colourful and
complex illustrations.
Thank you.
