Not that I am aware of. When I registered my son's birth I wasn't asked the
time, just the date.
My wife couldn't recall the time our son was born, I had to tell her - she
was a tad busy at the time, so go easy on the mother's Antoinette!

Good grief - doesn't she remember...?! I agree that it is both their
personal data - it is both the time at which she gave birth (her data)
and the time at which her son was born (his data).

We have received an SAR request from a mother asking for the time of day
her son was born - the son is now an adult. We may or may not still have
this information in our medical records library, and it may be in the
mother's file or the son's - I have not yet checked. However, I wonder
if this piece of information should be regarded as the mother's personal
data or the son's - or both. Any suggestions?
