You will have to be a little patient, as the Information Commissioner 
will be releasing his Annual Report in about a week
and that no doubt will generate some press coverage of his activities, 
as will as re-igniting the issue of why the proposed custodial penalties 
for illegally obtaining personal data should not (of course) apply to 
journalists!
