Another thought
Do we really need exam results and aptitude tests on a contact list?
Surely excessive info.

I've been involved in the business of schools collecting contact details
from parents, for use in emergencies on school trips. Although (for
example) my own contact details remain static, and it's a pain to keep
trotting out the same stuff every trip, other parents lead less
sheltered lives and may well specify different details every trip (often
for some stand-in when it's a residential trip, because they use the
opportunity to go away themselves). As a result, this online version
could end up being modified/updated more often then you might think. Or
not (I got involved because of the alleged repeated difficulty of
contacting parents in an emergency using this type of data).
