Dear All, (apologies for cross-postings)
I am looking into improving how we inform students with Specific
Learning Difficulties. I am looking into how the information, for
example info on the DSA process or a handbook on how our services
work, is laid out, structured/organised, divided (different sections,
how does a reader find their way around the document) and of course
the language that is used.
As well as improving out literature, I would like to write this up and
look at what recommendations can come out of it, so I need some
back-up! Does anybody have any examples of best practice, their own
policy, or know of any research that has been done in this area?
Many thanks,
Rosie
