Apologies for cross posting.
We have received a request for access to school records from a third party
for the purpose of organising a school reunion (the school records are over
50 years old). The person wants the full names of pupils, no other
information. The records are now archived with the record office. My view
is that this is personal data and would likely be refused by virtue of s40
FOI and bearing in mind the 2nd Principle DPA.
