I'm not so sure that a search would find the department, and unless it
was obviously a DDI block the sister might not even be able to guess a
suitable number to guess as the switchboard number.

On the other hand, the medical profession often justifies their
with-holding of CLI on the basis that it potentially gives the game away
to third parties at the home.
