I'd agree that it's difficult to make suggestions without knowing the
subject matter...as you need to be able to separate out what are fitness
issues (e.g. being able to be sure that you are giving a patient the right
drug/recording the right drug when taking a history using whatever
strategies would be used in the workplace), vs. educational issues.
