I think access to the CCTV recording would be accessing personal data
and therefore require the requisite subject access procedures to be
followed. I don't think that there is any issue with the giving of the
command via loudspeakers - not sure that "Excuse me...yes you in the
coat...put that rubbish in the bin" would count as personal data as it
happens. Access to it after the event would be accessing personal data.
I might be wrong. Be gentle with me!
