I've seen comments on another list. Although their main concern was that
the DWP personnel who were tricked into revealing the information were
not apparently themselves prosecuted for a s55 offence, and that there
were seemingly not procedures in place in the DWP to fully authenticate
callers.
How realistic it is to attempt to prove "reckless disclosure", I don't
know.
