Hi Doreen,
In the preface of my bible (The Data Protection Act Explained) about the
Act it says personal data that relates to a living person. Doesn't
mention a section or clause though.
Be careful about Registrar's office records or the like though as their
deceased records can have data about living people eg Ministers who
conducted the service, Doctors who pronounce them dead etc etc.
