A Perkins brailler - ahh now that takes me back!! I can't see any reason
why the student shouldn't be allowed to do their exams on one (the best
point made being that their formal academic success has been achieved using
this method) but you might want to investigate some sort of sound proofed
room - I'm sure my hearing was never the same after doing A'levels English
and History with a Perkins user!!!
