I agree with Judith that LASS from Lucid may be good,
but also if you want to screen for SpLD and identify the need for Study
Skills you could use QuickScan,

The BDA selected this programme to screen 800 students at secondary and
university level in the London Area a few years ago. It identifies Learning
Styles as well as screening for dyslexia, difficulties with maths, learner
confidence, need for study skills, visual stress,
etc.
Each student gets a report and the school can operate an index system to
look at individual and whole school results. The BDA project reported that
the report issued was too wordy and the text dense, however I understand
that the latest
version of QuickScan has a much less wordy and heavy QuickScan Report. I
