You have access to the same Archives as I have.
I have no idea as presumably the poster didn't state the full details. I
would doubt that many colleges report on the non-attendance of students -
after all, many classes would close - like evening classes often do.
The poster was asking whether they had a duty to report on someone
defrauding another public body (ie the DWP) - either that or they were
defrauding the funding body - the student would be warned that they would
inform the awarding body.
