An enforcement notice had been served. There was evidence. Investigating
officers had colleted formal witness statements. I know, for I was one such
witness.

This is assuming that the case was likely to succeed and had sufficient
evidence?
It clearly needs to go further, just a question of why it was dropped.
The UKIC do appear to have gone to some trouble investigating complaints and
I would have thought that they are frustrated that a conviction has not been
raised.

I don't want to just copy and paste the item I just put on my blog at
http://tinyurl.com/yogu27 (yes, the boring sad man has nothing better to
do) about the outcome of B4U and the enforcement notice, but I am again
appalled at the lack of teeth that the UKIC shows.
