I strongly suspect that is exactly what has prompted the recent public
statements from the DCA.
My recollection at the time is that after this (nonsensical) claim had
been made, someone did roundly disabuse the world of it. (I remember
someone talking about it on 'Today', but ISTR he or she was from ICO,
not DCA)
Seem to me that DP and HR are becoming the new EU (i.e. straight banana
stories)
