Can anyone advise - does anyone have any suggestions of ways to run a computer by someone with wrist/ hand muscle problems but is also deaf - i.e. the option of programmes such as Dragon naturally speaking, to avoid keyboard input is not really an option. Has anyone any other suggestions?
