Dear Klaire
I have a student who will be studying in Ghent next year. The host university are putting her in touch with potential note takers and her LEA has agreed to process the invoices from them in the same way as they do for her UK note takers, using our invoice pro-forma and time sheet, which will be signed by the student, countersigned by us and then passed to the LEA for payment.
I would be happy to give you more information if you would like to contact me directly.
with best wishes

Hi
Has any one had experience of a student studying abroad for a year in an EU
country as part of the degree programme. I have two disabled students, one
going to Murcia University in Spain. The other going to Osnabruk in Germany
and Seville in Spain. I'm wanting to know how the LEA's organised payments
to the note takers/support workers. Most of the support workers/note takers
will be from the host Universities.
Thanks
