Just DSA-type support - loan equipment, notetakers, scribes, lab assistants, assistive technology training, etc.

We have set aside a small amount of funding to offer support to
EU/International Students with disabilities to reflect DSA type support.
We find ourselves being asked for social care provision, because the
social service dept won't cover this sort of support (rules about
EU/International students not being 'burden on the state' etc. Is
anyone funding social care support for international students?
