ditto - Help the student develop touch-typing skills, if possible. Maybe
consider using large-print keyboard stickers if the student can't easily see
the keys.
Of course, check under the keyboard first to see if there are any legs that
might allow the user to slightly raise the keyboard.
Raising the keyboard so high that it matches the level of the screen could
encourage the student to adopt a posture that causes her to develop serious
physical problems in future. I'd only ever recommend this for a student who
has a serious physical disability and this is the only way the student can
attempt to operate a keyboard.
