risk of adverse reaction during the administration. student has a friend
at same uni, living in same accommodation, who has undertaken to act
as 'buddy'. the buddy has been instructed about signs, symptoms and action
to be taken. the instruction has been given jointly through the student's
telecare medical company, the student and the student's mother.
