Apologies for cross posting but I just wonder how many people have noticed
that NIACE have a survey on "Supporting learners with assistive
technologies" that they would like completed. I am sorry if this is
history but I missed it when it went up in August.
"Summary
NIACE is currently identifying the ways in which assistive technologies can
be used to enable and support learning across all curriculum areas.
They are interested to hear about the ways in which you and your
organisation support learners through the use of a technology. In
particular, how you assess learners, then explore and implement
technological support to enable learning.
If you would like to share details of your practice and experiences please
download the NIACE questionnaire.

NIACE plans to produce guidelines on assessing and implementing enabling
technology and will of course acknowledge, with your permission, any
contributions used."
Best Wishes E.A.
