1. View only:
- Recent records (added to within last 40 days) Free
- Older records £10
2. Computer records - copy provided £10
3. Manual and "mixed" (combination of manual and computer) records - copy provided
- Maximum fee of £50 chargeable, costs calculated:
a. Paper records:
Casualty card plus search £15
Notes thin (25 copies) £25
Notes medium (50 copies) £30
Notes thick (100 plus) £35
Multiple volumes £50
b. X-ray films
Up to 3 small films £20
Up to 3 large films £30
Each subsequent small film £4
Each subsequent large film £5

An old chestnut, but can someone remind me whether we can charge per sheet
for photocopying for a DP Subject Access Request. I seem to remember that
that the time taken cannot be be charged for, unlike FOI.
