Yes - we'll supply it but if SIC is not going to consider an appeal then
we have a duty to make them aware of SIC's position. It would go to the
Court of Session for an appeal.

I might take the same view. However, he isn't going to complain if you
do supply the information requested to Mickey Mouse is he? Anyway, how
do you know it's a pseudonym? Do you check the identity of every
enquirer to see if they are who they say they are? My view would be
that if you have the enquirer's 'contact details' you supply the
information.
Is it Scottish law or the SIC's interpretation of Scottish law?
I don't know what is happening up there but in England the Information
Tribunal is quite fond of overturning the IC's decisions.

That may be....but as it is Scottish Law, who are we to disagree. If
SIC is not going to consider appeals under pseudonyms then we have a
duty to make individuals aware.
