And was one a member of the Nazi party from 1933 to 1945? (I was going to
write "were you" but in a newsgroup an American (I imagine) when I responded
in that vernacular way assumed that I was asking him a hypothetical
personally - in this particular case I want to make it quite clear that I am
not suggesting that anyone in the Group was a member).
An American lawyer on a newsgroup that I subscribe to commented that Visa
Waiver forms are so difficult to assent to honestly - after all, if one asks
in the negative to any of them, you will be refused entry - and you also
give up an appeal as a result of a visa waiver.
I think that you also are asked if you have been refused previous entry - on
the other hand you don't really want to say - what does it mean by... - as
you will also be on the plane back home.
