I am fairly new to this, but I think you can go into subscribers corner and click in the box next to each list name to which you are subscribed, at the bottom of the list you will see a label which says invert use the drop down box to the right and select unsubscribe and then click submit. Alternatively you can go into each of the subscriptions and click in the nomail box. There may be a quicker way if so I would be grateful if anyone could advise.

Sorry about this but, could people remind me how to suspend from all
lists while I am away? I would prefer to do this than fill up peoples'
mailboxes with "out of office" messages. More importantely, could people
tell me how to get back onto lists when I get back? I found this very
difficult when I last suspended. The JISCMAIL website is horrible to
navigate.
