Yes, but I know as I am moving house at the moment that company directors
are public information. I have been sent by my solicitor the details of the
Directors (and a full shareholders list) of the company which manages the
block in which I am hoping to buy a flat.
Indeed there has been a recent situation where individual shareholders of
companies carrying out animal testing have received threatening letters.
In the case of the property management company (and I assume that this is
general), the phone number of each director is given (this is not compulsory
and the Director is warned that if they give it it will be part of the
public record - and anyone will be able to see it.
